How the installation goes
We measure the opening and help you pick a door size, style and insulation level.
On install day the old door, tracks and springs come out and the new door is assembled section by section.
Before we leave, the springs are tensioned, the door is balanced and the opener and safety sensors are tested.
Decades of building left older bungalows beside later rebuilds in Bells Corners. One garage may still be the original single bay; another was widened when the house was updated. An older opening is not always square, and new tracks have to run plumb anyway. An attached garage with a hollow door chills the wall it shares with the living space, so insulation belongs in the decision from the start.
