GDS is a mobile, appointment-based garage door company. We serve Ottawa and surrounding communities serving Ottawa, Ontario and surrounding communities. We do not operate a public retail showroom unless otherwise stated.
Quotes & pricing
Estimates provided by phone or online are based on information available at the time. Final pricing may change after on-site inspection if additional parts or labour are required. We provide a written quote before starting work unless you authorize emergency repair under different terms.
Appointments & online booking
Time slots selected on our booking page are preferred windows, not guaranteed until we confirm with you. We may reschedule due to weather, parts availability, or prior emergencies. For urgent same-day help, call 343-777-8893.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods communicated at the time of service.
Warranty
Workmanship and parts may be covered by warranties described on your invoice or discussed at the time of service. Warranty claims must be reported promptly with details of the issue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or delay in service beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim related to a specific job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
